This fool is at it again...

Tuesday, September 25, 2007

Bill O'Reilly, FOX News' poster boy and offender of anything and everything that is black (and democratic), is at it again. When he's not beefing with your favorite rapper (for background see: here, here, and here) or sexually harassing co-workers on the set, he's being a racist idiot.

On his XM radio show, O'Reilly mentioned his recent dinner with Rev. Al Sharpton at Sylvia's Resturant in Harlem. He "couldn't get over the fact that there was no difference between Sylvia's restaurant and any other restaurant in New York City. I mean, it was exactly the same, even though it's run by blacks, primarily black patronship." O'Reilly added: "There wasn't one person in Sylvia's who was screaming, 'M-Fer, I want more iced tea.' "

To make a long story short, Bill O'Reilly is surprised that blacks are civil, sophisticated and well-mannered. I guess he was expecting monkeys eating watermelon and swinging from chandeliers?

Here's a link to the entire audio clip.

That low-life-ted mutha fucka is precisely the reason we gotta grab a bastard by the throat and shake real hard... LOL
Now where's my mutha fuckin' iced?
It just shows how he was raised and what type of exposure he had to different cultures. Close minded folks speak their ignorance on a daily basis and it appears IG-NANT IS RUNNING RAMPANT THESE DAYS.

Actually you must of fixed it, so scratch my very last comment from your previous post. =)

And Bill O'Reilly is an ass.

It is surprising because if you been to the places I've been, Black folks usually act ignorant.

I really don't understand why he has any type of show. Who says sh*t like that?

Captain - Despite my trying to give you at least some credit, you are making no effort to act as if you have an IQ over 100.

Common sense dictates to me that if you aren't meeting the right people, then you need to change whatever it is that you're doing.

You're angry and bitter and jaded and scorned. Blah, blah, blah.

We get it. Keep that shit on your blog, please.

LOL - I heard about this from watching the view yesterday. Um, yea - I still don't know how I feel about this.

LOL - I just read The Captain's comment - he's no harm...really, he isn't.

The Captain needs love. Unconditional love. I used to get so angry over stuff like this. But as Cocoa said, ignorance is running amuck. I wonder about this man's childhood growing up. I wonder what situations he went through to have the mindset he does.

while i think the man is an ass... and most of his comments are assanine... i think the reason people are up in arms about this (why I have no clue) was his word choice, if you listen to the entire segment you see in his own way he was speaking out against racism (in his own way).

I personally like Bill O'Reily (not enough to support his ass and watch/listen to his shows) but I like him because I know exactly where I stand with him. Unlike others that smile in your face to get your vote or support... and talk about you or ignore you once they get what they want.

I can't stand his ASS!!!

LMAO@ Captain. You're amazing...lol

Ummmmmmmm I don't defend Billo for anything he says because he talks out his ass. I have a problem with people that speak w/out thinking...

C'mon, lets be honest, roll through the black areas of just about any city and visit the local stand up eating joint or a black-owned restuarant, it is a mess. However, we do have civil and well-mannered black people, but we, (Black community) are in a position to do better, but we CHOOSE to remain ignorant and our white counterparts realize that and it still fuels these stereotypes. I have to side with Billy's comments, but they were NOT racial.

P.S. I have a very high IQ score, depending on which scale you use, and the factoring variance ratio and the degradation of the IQ curve, which never measures correctly.

^ truly the devil's advocate.

moving along, this racist prick makes my blood boil. i'd give my left nut to be a stereotypical hooligan locked in a small room with him.

and the self-hate is a bit old now Captain.

I really hate to turn my blog into a '______ v. The Captain' forum (esp. when I'm she he does this just to be inflammatory), but I have to do a line-by-line analysis on his past response:

1 )C'mon, lets be honest, roll through the black areas of just about any city and visit the local stand up eating joint or a black-owned restuarant, it is a mess.
========
I'm not sure how many (or few) resturants you've been to, but 'messy' eateries aren't exclusively black-owned. You're being really unfair to black proprietors by asserting otherwise.

2) However, we do have civil and well-mannered black people, but we, (Black community) are in a position to do better...
========
You sound just as porochial as O'Reilly does. I really feel sorry that you shelter yourself and harbor prejudices the way you do. You hate gays and blacks. WTF?!? You're both.

3) but we CHOOSE to remain ignorant and our white counterparts realize that and it still fuels these stereotypes.
========
Somewhere along your journey through school, you must've missed the lesson on systemic and instutional oppression. Google it. You'll learn something.

4) I have to side with Billy's comments, but they were NOT racial.
========
Of course you'd side with him. You two are cut from the same cloth. His comments were blantantly racial. If you can't see that, then....

How is this self-hate or me being racial? Let's be BRUTALLY honest, BLACK FOLK NEED TO DO BETTER! We've come a long way, but we have a HELL of a way to go in catching up.

That man will say anything. I think much of it is for pure shock value. I wonder if he is ass big an ass outside of the public eye.

Me and my friend went to a black owned and operated restaurant yesterday, here in Dallas, and I said, "See, now this is what Bill O'Reily was expecting to see at Sylvia's. Maybe we can get him to come hang out in Dallas so he can see how the real brothas and sistahs do it." Of course it was a joke, but I did feel the urge to ask those mother-f'ers for more over sweetened ice tea, damn it. Don't be making me get up. LOL Oh, and I like watermelon. Never had it with monkeys, but I'll try anything once. Keep up the good work.

Wow, Mr. Jones. You really stirred up some stuff here. I was gonna write a cute little comment about Bill O'Riely truly is the authority on all things black when I started reading all of the comments posted here.

humm..The Captain...What can I say...He so cute. The brother might need a hug, but he is right, we gotta do better.

I will say this and please, everone take note, because I was just talking about this and maybe someone can tell me if they agree. Have you ever noticed that when you go into a white owned and operated restaurant they the white folks have a tendency to get all loud and obnoxious? I have. The difference is, when white people are loud no one seems to pay it any mine, but let a black person enter into that same environment and burp too loud. Oh my Gawd. Look at this Nigger! Anybody feeling me? Am I wrong? You can tell me I'm wrong, but you know damn well I ain't. Peace. Let's love each other people. One of the things I love about blogging and the comments that come with it, is the free exchange of ideas. Plus, I love to see my people writing down their thoughts. It just so refreshing. LOL

I'm gonna start a fight on my blog, damn it! What the HELL!

Kyon Saucier said...

Oh brother not a fight on a page. Bill O' Reilly was trying to speak out against racism in his own way it's just that he is so ignorant and racist that like everything else he says it came out fucked up.

There is nothing else to say excpet that I hope someone puts and end to him. Hopefully someone of color....

That Dude Right There said...

And all this publicity is just what O'reilly and that annoying ass blogger want. Ignore their asses and they will see that they are irrelevant and shrivel up and die.

Mr. Jones said...

C. Baptiste - I still disagree with your first point. The man is racist. Period. And I'm not just drawing from his comments here to make that conclusion.

I don't personally like him though he entertains me enough that watch his show sporadically.

Dayne - I agree. I think its for shock as well.

Keyon - You said: "...it's just that he is so ignorant and racist that like everything else he says it came out fucked up."

Why is simply accepting this acceptable? Why is it ok to just take a L on this? Why, in 2007, are we excusing blatant racism.
