Nobody off the island of Jamaica knew who this kid was pre-Beijing 2008, now he's a living legend. Usain Bolt today further cemented his legendary status by demolishing his competitors at the 12th annual IAAF Leichtathletik Weltmeisterschaften in Berlin and breaking the world record in the process. Bolt finished the event in 9.58 seconds just ahead of American Tyson Gay, who claimed the silver with a new national record of 9.71 seconds and fellow countryman Asafa Powell, who placed third.
Bolt is a beast! I feel like he's one of those special kinds of athletes us mortals should feel fortunate to live to experience. Here's the video of dude's performance.

Usain Bolt is made to run; he's obviously got some talent and discipline
I love how the camera men are trying to keep up with him, as if they could!!!
Maybe people will finally realize that taller people can also sprint!!
OMG! I've been gone for sooo long! LOL!
I love the new site!

He is quite human. In Jamaica we are just blessed in terms of track and field. Now that the playing field is fair (fewer athletes with drugs) Jamaicans are doing great, excelling in all areas.
Bolt to the world!..
Bolt = Talent + Training =9.58sec
I agree...he's not human - lol.

I can't cope with any more of these Berlin Athletics. Man candy of every colour and flavour. It's like a premium candy shop of hombre sweetness.
Oh, sorry, were we supposed to be talking about sport?
