Just yesterday I was listening to SWV's "I'm So Into You" and, dare I say it, Positive K's "I Got A Man" and I was immediately transcended to another space and time!
every time I hear songs from the 90s I get so sad because I took them for granted...I was dumb to think that good music would always be around...

I was just listening to "Sending My Love" on my radio at work. Yet another group/duo that couldn't stay together for long :(
Sending my love is on my iPod too and more times than not, I actually search for it so I can play it. That's one of my favorite songs of all time.
I made a "New Jack Fellas" cd and a "New Jack Ladies" cd and they have been in my changer since I made them. The 90s was horrible with fashion, but the music was on point!!
Ah yes - Zhane! One of my favorite acts from the '90s. I still love their music. I actually saw the video for "Sending My Love" on VH1 Soul a few days ago and it definitely took me back. When I think about the R&B/Soul music of that era - I can't help but smile.... There's just something about it that distinguishes it from much of what we hear today....
Oh, Zhane... those were the days. My favourite record of theirs though was Crush - just gorgeous...
