Apparently overzealous policing isn't exclusive to Baltimore. Cops all over the country stay on some brutality bullshit. Take the idiot with a badge in this news report as a case in point.
First, this fool who I'm almost certain has more significant work to do stops this girl for riding a bike on the sidewalk. Enforcing this bullshit rule was this dunce's first mistake. Then this incredible ass somehow sprays himself in the face with mace. Next, this hoe proceeds to punch this teenage girl at least four times in the face managing to be sure his dash camera doesn't miss a frame.
Some cops deserve to be jobless or at the very least on paid administrative assignment. Somebody needs to get this unstable fucker off his beat.

Definitely excessive. He sprays himself and proceeds to go over and punch the girl in her face. I swear when a cop is wrong what they do to a person should be done to them.
Many policemen are not qualified intellectually for better careers. That's the reason many of them are cops.
Once that uniform goes on and their small minds begin to feel intoxicated with power(often for the first time in their lives) this is the horrible result.
The crime is then exacerbated when police forces hush up or ignore such travesties. I hope this brute is dealt with properly. Glad it's on video.
That being said. Let's not hasten to paint ALL cops this way. There are decent and brave officers too. They deserve respect.
^^Agreed.
~Damnit!
It is hard to have respect for police that violate and use excessive force when the crime doesn't warrant such behavior or action. In this case she was out of line if she knew not to ride her bike on the sidewalk, if it is the law abide by it get your arse in the bike lane of the street.
A lawsuit should be filed and maybe just maybe the woman would have stood a chance if she stayed out of the police department's radar, now she has a warrant for drugs, chile pleeze if you want to sue somebody you better make sure you stay drug and alcohol free otherwise the judge will toss that case and rule with the police.
So we all agree the guy was pretty much a dick.
I CAN'T Stand Cops.. I'm sorry!!! I Know they r all not the same, but stuff like this makes me not trust them!
Great Point, deonte'k,
BUT, that underscores MY point that we, as citizens, must hold police-departments feet to the flames. If they realize that NO malfeasance will be tolerated, then perhaps, Public Trust will ensue.
Pie-In-The-Sky Dreaming, perhaps. But that's the only solution I see ...................
Okay, I've seen this video twice now and I still don't understand why there is a warrent now for Stevenson's arrest for for drug possesion when she was already in custody at the time. Could the police and city just be out for something to hold over her head until her lawsuit goes away? Or are they so incompetant that they can only handle one charge at a time and they thought the riding on the sidewalk was the more important one at the time.
BTW, a pet peeve of mine is for people to ride on the sidewalk especially if I'm walking on it.
**peeks back in to see what you all are discussing**
I Agree With Deonte'K.
You Cant Trust Em! You Cant Trust Em! You Cant Trust Em!!!!
I semi-dated this guy who turned out to be a really rouge cop a few years ago. He was a mess and turned out to do some terrible things. Talk about a poor character judgment on my end. Yikes!
There should be zero tolerance for this type of behavior. Until this is establish we will continue to see this type of mess
^you tell 'em, Life! lol.
